By registering for and attending a retreat hosted by Transcendent Travels, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms, Conditions, and Liability Waiver.

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your space on the retreat. Payment plans may be offered and must be completed according to the agreed schedule. Failure to make payments on time may result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of payments already made.

All retreat balances must be paid in full prior to the retreat start date. If automatic payments are authorized, you agree that the card on file may be charged according to your payment agreement.

All deposits are non-refundable. Due to the planning, preparation, and commitments involved in organizing retreats, refunds will not be issued for participant cancellations. If Transcendent Travels cancels a retreat, participants may choose either a full refund of monies paid or a credit toward a future Transcendent Travels retreat.

Travel insurance is mandatory for all Transcendent Travels retreats. Participants are responsible for purchasing and maintaining their own travel insurance policy, which should provide coverage for trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical emergencies, travel delays, lost baggage, and other unforeseen circumstances. Proof of travel insurance may be required prior to participation in the retreat.

Failure to obtain travel insurance does not waive a participant's acceptance of this cancellation policy and does not entitle the participant to any refund, credit, transfer, or exception beyond those expressly stated in these terms and conditions.

If you are unable to attend, your reservation may be transferred to another participant only with prior written approval from Transcendent Travels. The original participant remains responsible for all payments due under the reservation. Any reimbursement arrangements between the original participant and the replacement traveler are solely the responsibility of those individuals.

In the unlikely event that Transcendent Travels must cancel, postpone, or reschedule a retreat due to weather conditions, natural disasters, insufficient enrollment, travel restrictions, government actions, supplier cancellations, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, Transcendent Travels shall not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by participants, including but not limited to airfare, transportation, hotel accommodations, travel insurance, lost wages, or other personal travel-related costs.

By registering for a retreat and submitting payment, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these cancellation, refund, and travel insurance requirements.

Participants are responsible for obtaining valid identification, passports, visas, travel insurance, vaccinations, and any other travel documents required for attendance.

Travel insurance is mandatory to protect against unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, or travel interruptions.

By attending this retreat, you confirm that you are physically, emotionally, and mentally able to participate in retreat activities. You agree to notify Transcendent Travels of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or limitations that may affect your participation.

You understand that retreat activities may include physical movement, outdoor excursions, workshops, group activities, swimming, hiking, wellness sessions, and travel-related activities that carry inherent risks.

You participate voluntarily and assume full responsibility for your own health, safety, and wellbeing during the retreat.

You understand and acknowledge that participation in retreat activities involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to illness, injury, accidents, transportation incidents, acts of nature, physical exertion, emotional stress, and other unforeseen events.

By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the retreat and release, waive, and discharge Transcendent Travels, its owners, employees, contractors, facilitators, hosts, affiliates, and venue partners from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, losses, costs, or expenses arising from or related to your participation.

This waiver includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, illness, property damage, theft, delays, cancellations, or death to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Transcendent Travels is committed to creating a respectful, supportive, and safe environment for all participants.

Harassment, discrimination, violence, excessive intoxication, illegal drug use, disruptive behavior, or conduct that negatively impacts the retreat experience will not be tolerated. Transcendent Travels reserves the right to remove any participant from the retreat without refund if their behavior is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

During the retreat, photographs and videos may be taken for promotional and marketing purposes. By attending, you grant Transcendent Travels permission to use your image, likeness, voice, and participation in future promotional materials, social media, websites, and advertisements without compensation.

If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, you must notify Transcendent Travels in writing prior to the retreat.

Participants are solely responsible for their personal belongings during the retreat. Transcendent Travels is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Transcendent Travels shall not be held liable for delays, interruptions, cancellations, or changes caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather events, government actions, pandemics, strikes, transportation disruptions, or other emergencies.

By registering for this retreat, you acknowledge that you have carefully read and fully understand these Terms, Conditions, and Liability Waiver. You voluntarily agree to all terms stated herein and understand that this agreement is legally binding.
