 To travel to Belize, you need the following forms of ID:

• A valid passport that is valid for at least 30 days after your arrival. 2
• A return ticket with sufficient funds to cover your stay. 2
• Proof of sufficient funds to maintain yourself during your stay. 2
• For U.S. citizens, no visa is required for stays up to 30 days, but a Belize Travel Declaration is mandatory for entry. 1
  Make sure to have these documents ready for a smooth entry into Belize.

All deposits are non-refundable. Due to the planning, preparation, and commitments involved in organizing retreats, refunds will not be issued for participant cancellations. If Transcendent Travels cancels a retreat, participants may choose either a full refund of monies paid or a credit toward a future Transcendent Travels retreat.

Travel insurance is mandatory for all Transcendent Travels retreats. Participants are responsible for purchasing and maintaining their own travel insurance policy, which should provide coverage for trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical emergencies, travel delays, lost baggage, and other unforeseen circumstances. Proof of travel insurance may be required prior to participation in the retreat.

Failure to obtain travel insurance does not waive a participant's acceptance of this cancellation policy and does not entitle the participant to any refund, credit, transfer, or exception beyond those expressly stated in these terms and conditions.

If you are unable to attend, your reservation may be transferred to another participant only with prior written approval from Transcendent Travels. The original participant remains responsible for all payments due under the reservation. Any reimbursement arrangements between the original participant and the replacement traveler are solely the responsibility of those individuals.

In the unlikely event that Transcendent Travels must cancel, postpone, or reschedule a retreat due to weather conditions, natural disasters, insufficient enrollment, travel restrictions, government actions, supplier cancellations, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, Transcendent Travels shall not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by participants, including but not limited to airfare, transportation, hotel accommodations, travel insurance, lost wages, or other personal travel-related costs.

By registering for a retreat and submitting payment, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these cancellation, refund, and travel insurance requirements.

We do not have any required items you must bring. We Highly recommend, SPF lotion, sneakers, sunglasses, bug spray and a hat. We highly recommend Hiking sandals!!
