 Our retreats are fully all-inclusive. We provide lodging, three meals, non-alcoholic beverages, as well as a variety of planned activities. During the booking process, you can also select à la carte options such as massages, private readings, and spirits

 A $250.00 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. A second deposit is due 90 days prior to departure, with the remaining balance due 30 days before the departure date. All payments are non-refundable.

All deposits are non-refundable. Due to the planning, preparation, and commitments involved in organizing retreats, refunds will not be issued for participant cancellations. If Transcendent Travels cancels a retreat, participants may choose either a full refund of monies paid or a credit toward a future Transcendent Travels retreat.

Travel insurance is mandatory for all Transcendent Travels retreats. Participants are responsible for purchasing and maintaining their own travel insurance policy, which should provide coverage for trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical emergencies, travel delays, lost baggage, and other unforeseen circumstances. Proof of travel insurance may be required prior to participation in the retreat.

Failure to obtain travel insurance does not waive a participant's acceptance of this cancellation policy and does not entitle the participant to any refund, credit, transfer, or exception beyond those expressly stated in these terms and conditions.

If you are unable to attend, your reservation may be transferred to another participant only with prior written approval from Transcendent Travels. The original participant remains responsible for all payments due under the reservation. Any reimbursement arrangements between the original participant and the replacement traveler are solely the responsibility of those individuals.

In the unlikely event that Transcendent Travels must cancel, postpone, or reschedule a retreat due to weather conditions, natural disasters, insufficient enrollment, travel restrictions, government actions, supplier cancellations, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, Transcendent Travels shall not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by participants, including but not limited to airfare, transportation, hotel accommodations, travel insurance, lost wages, or other personal travel-related costs.

By registering for a retreat and submitting payment, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these cancellation, refund, and travel insurance requirements.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Cash and checks are not accepted.

At the time of booking, one of our Travel Companions will be happy to provide additional details and answer any questions you may have.

 We do not guarantee gluten-free options or the accommodation of specific dietary restrictions or food allergies. However, we will make an effort to select local restaurants and dining experiences that can accommodate food restrictions when possible. Availability and accommodation may vary by location and venue. You will have an opportunity to work with your Travel companion about special exceptions.

 Depending on the accommodations, both private and shared rooms may be available on a first-come, first-served basis. A private room carries an additional fee added to your reservation at the time of booking.  When booking, one of our Travel companions will be able to provide any additional information you may need.

 Travel expenses are not included and are the responsibility of the guest. However, we offer complimentary pickup and drop-off from your chosen mode of transportation, once you have reached the retreat location. 

Our retreats host between 10–17 guests, depending on the location, allowing for an intimate, comfortable, and deeply personalized experience.
